These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Vibaji ("we", "us", "Platform") and anyone who uses this website or app ("you", "user"). The Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Vibaji is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We offer Sports Betting on cricket, football, and more, along with a full range of online casino games. By using the platform, you confirm that you are participating in these services of your own free will.

KYC Verification Process

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and any such transactions will be reversed.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Vibaji does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, fees may apply from your payment provider.

The following rules apply when betting on Vibaji and cover both Sports Betting and casino games.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature is available).
• Vibaji reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all stakes placed on it will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.
• Vibaji reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.

Casino Game Rules

If a technical issue occurs during a Live Casino game, Vibaji may void the result of that round. Identity verification is mandatory for progressive jackpot wins in slots. Any winnings resulting from a software error in any game are considered void.

General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time.
• The welcome bonus is available once per person, household, and IP address.
• There is a set time limit to complete the rollover requirement — once the period expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been completed.
• Vibaji reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Vibaji platform:

• Opening an account for anyone under 18 or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using bots, automated software, or any kind of hacking tool.
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or sports corruption.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account or stealing their information.
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.

If any of the above activities are detected, Vibaji will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and report to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Vibaji reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violation.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspicious activity or fraud allegations.
• During a security review.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled before closure, and any valid remaining balance will be returned.
